We are more than 5000+ sqft with many different types of workout equipment ranging from cardio, machine weights, free weights, Olympic lifting platform, functional training area and a separate studio for all FREE our group classes!

There is also a total of 7 washroom/shower rooms as well as a vanity area including hair dryer, soap and a rain shower.
