Welcome to our video on how to file an appeal for an eviction decision. In this informative session, we'll be discussing everything you need to know about the appeals process.

We'll explain the reasons why you may want to file an appeal, and the timeline for when you can file an appeal. We'll also discuss the process for filing an appeal, including the necessary documents.

To file an appeal, certain documents are needed. We'll discuss what documents you need and what to do with them. We'll also cover the importance of a bond hearing and what a return is.

Then, we'll explain what happens during an appeal hearing. There are two possible outcomes of an appeal hearing the Circuit Court agrees with the eviction decision, or they disagree and overturn it which we'll discuss. We'll also provide additional resources to help you navigate the appeals process.
