Customer brought a phone to Apple that was stuck in a bootloop. The SAME EXACT ISSUE I made my first video about. Apple told him the phone was unrepairable and the data was unrecoverable, just like they told my other customer. Except this customer had no backup and needed his data back at any cost. The cost was 45 seconds of my time that was spent unplugging a cable. 2 customers in 1 month with the same experience. How many other people has this Apple store lied to? This is getting ridiculous...
