My mom and I applied for our family’s Canadian Passport in person, through the passport office’s walkin service.

There is no difference for both walkin or applying via mail; we just wanted to be safe and applied InPerson so we have a peace of mind that they received every single one of our documents.

Also please make sure all your documents are signed especially your Guarantor's part because it can be very time consuming if you forgot to bring a document that was not signed or your passport picture is not the right dimensions, or the lighting.
