Weakness is a common presentation across a myriad of clinical settings, yet the differential for this symptom can be quite broad. In this video we propose an approach to addressing patients presenting with weakness by examining the intersection of time course, anatomical location, and associated symptoms. This, coupled with a review of pertinent clinical exam findings, will help learners develop a systematic approach to examining patients presenting with this common symptom across a variety of settings.
