The Arch at Amicalola Falls Visitor Center is the starting point for the approach trail to the Appalachian Trail on Springer Mountain.

In this video, Brian Carlson and I hike 8.5 miles up the stairs on Amicalola Falls and then continue on the approach trail to the southern terminus of the AT, Springer Mountain.
