AquaFIIT Coach Stacy is bringing you a workout to work your hips, core & glutes and give you that extra cardio, too! Full of energy and a variety of moves, Stacy's workout will get your heart rate going and your body challenged. Get ready as Stacy keeps you challenged and gives you options to go that little bit extra today!

This workout comes with a brief warm up, 27 intervals using 1 buoy, and a warm down stretch.

We are using a pair of aqua buoys (dumbbells) to tone the upper body. The buoys will be used throughout the workout but they are always optional. Aqua Shoes are recommended. There is a brief warm up and cool down recovery included.

Motivating music and underwater shots shown in a professional quality video to keep you on task.
