This is a 40 minute workout to strengthen your body, improve your core stability and better your balance. We will use a pool noodle for resistance. Stacy will lead you through a variety of toning exercises. It is great for a beginner looking to start strengthening in their pool; those with limited range of motion; people who are looking for a gentle form of exercise; and even those more advanced that want to learn how to improve their overall muscle tone. This routine does not include any cardio component.
*Please be sure to warm your body and do some Range of motion movements prior to completing this workout.
