A complete 20 minute therapeutic yoga practice in the pool. For reducing stress and anxiety, for people with autoimmune disorders, beginners or just who love water. Join yoga therapist Katherine Winge CIAYT. Best practiced in chest depth, 86+ degree water (warmer the better). Swimming or getting hair wet not required. You will need a noodle.

A few benefits of a yoga practice in the water include:
decrease of weight on joints, taking advantage of water resistance for strength, increase of body and breath awareness with the sensation of water on skin, over all relaxation of your entire system as your circulatory system (arteries/ veins) relaxes in order to help your heart more efficiently pump blood while submerged.
