Join Aqua Coach Stacy as we get AquaFIIT together for another fun pool workout! This is Tabata style which is intervals of 20 seconds work to 10 seconds recovery x8. Great way to get in your cardio workout and burn more calories in a shorter amount of time.
No equipment needed for this one, just you need to be all ready for some fun as we burn through those calories. Good for all fitness levels. No swimming necessary.
