Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy as we mix it up for this pool workout! We will do 3 different Tabatas and 1 Toning Segment. Tabata is intervals of high to lower intensity movements. Come ready for a good cardio water workout by warming up first and then having a pool noodle ready to go. Feel free to move along to Stacy and play your own music as we get AquaFIIT Together! You'll have fun getting into good shape and burning those calories.
