Stacy teaches you proper form, how to increase/decrease intensity and how to have fun in your pool.

Introduction to Aqua Intervals Tabata Style. We will do 4 cycles (4 minutes each). Can be done with or without a pool noodle. Replay video to get 1/2 hour workout.
