I definitely recommend watching the guides from Phase 1 & 2 in order to get a foundation for how mage healing works. The talents, runes, and rotation in Phase 3 builds upon the earlier phases.

This phase introduces Balefire Bolt, a spell that splits the healing playstyle into two separate tracks.

On short fights:
1. Keep Mass Regen Up
2. Balefire x4
3. Arcane Power + Presence of Mind + Arcane Blast
4. Balefire x5
5. Arcane Blast & Missiles Rotation

On long fights:
1. Keep Mass Regen Up
2. Less than 9 Balefire Stacks = Arcane Blast & Missiles + Balefire Bolt Reset
3. 9 Balefire Stacks = Arcane Blast & Missiles Rotation
