This is a video review of the Arches rough watercolor paper (Orange block). I also demonstration

Some information about the Arches Rough paper:

Cold press (duh =P )
100% cotton
140 lb
20 sheets in the block

Pros:

Packaging is supercomfy. Pages are glued together and are really nice to use as a rough surface.
Durable paper, allows for many layers.
Slow dry (not an official feature, my experience). It allows you to rework and do very nice wetinwets!

Cons:

Rough texture can be a downside if you want to achieve supersmooth results. I didn't mention, but it can also be pretty hard to use with a penbrush (the one that stores water), as you sometimes need A LOT of water to get over the rough texture.
