This video shows an Arduino Lithium charger shield,
Very nice for experimenting custom charging algorithm.
It implement an USBPD max power request, providing all the data to the arduino.
It can be powered by a standard power supply.

The dcdc is a TLD55421QV
The shield is TLD55421CHG_SHIELD

in this link I uploaded a sketch to perfrom a MPPT battery charger
it kind of wor, I have it in my camper van for years, it just needs a 4700uF cap at the solar panel,
