Hey fam! I have another Q&A video for you!!! This topic comes up quite often and I'm finally going to address it in this video, Chakras! As a follower of Jesus who offers healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, breath work, journaling etc. I am often asked about Chakras. Do I believe in Chakras? Is the third eye demonic? Well in this video I want to address a simple question, are the Chakras bad? In this brief video I will explain the Chakras as I understand them through the lens of science.
