How do you know if your glutes are working when you're running. In this video I'm going to show you some of the most important signs that your glutes might not be firing when you run, so that you can keep an eye out for when you're next running. Lots of physiotherapists and coaches tell runners about the importance of using your glutes when running, both in terms of creating a better running technique, but also for running injury prevention... However, how can you tell if you are using your glutes to run, or not? Today, I'm going to try and clear that question up for you!
