ARGENTINA | EL CHALTEN the best trails in Argentina

Throughout this episode we will explore El Chaltén, the trekking capital of Argentina. Our route started in El Calafate and, as we had a rented car, we stopped at different viewpoints.

In one of the viewpoints we managed to see 2 foxes and in another moment we observed a gentleman training a series of horses.

As soon as we arrived in El Chaltén we were a little discouraged, as the weather was cloudy, it started to rain and it was very windy. In fact, an alert had been issued because of the wind: gusts could exceed 90km/h. For this reason, we did not camp in the free sites available along the trail to Lagoa Los Tres.

El chaltén has beautiful places. And it's really worth exploring!
