In this content i talk about my time behind the Arken Optics Zulus and Zulus LRF. I have had these Day/Night Scopes mounted to both rimfire and centerfire rifles. I discuss what i feel are great features of using this type of scope as well as some situations that are setbacks. My Zulus digital optics have held up well and are performing as they should. You do however need to keep up with the processes and know how of using the features vs a standard optic. The recordability is great as is the inferred night vision. Battery life is good as is the accuracy of range finder. Most of the setbacks stem from the "digital" aspects. Monitoring battery life, recall of how to use the menue and the delay of turning the unit on during hunting.
