The fourth episode of ARC.DOC go through four brazilian states in search of architectural and natural refuges scattered throughout the national territory. An extensive curation process has evaluated homes throughout Brazil, aiming to present a rich and plural set of works and architects.

This diversity is closely linked to the narrative of the episode. Despite the different biomes (ranging from the lush Atlantic Forest to the unmistakable Cerrado) and the particularities of the renowned professionals responsible for each of them, all the works come together in one proposal: offer a refuge to its inhabitants, isolated from urban chaos and in perfect tune with nature.

ARQ.DOC is a documentary series that diverts the most amazing designs from architecture and interiors. By the creativity of a unique and sensitive look, a concept flourishes, which slowly traces on paper, gaining texture and volume, until it becomes concrete. Follow the dance of the forms through the refined lenses, which move elegantly between the subjectivity of art and the delicacy of compositions.

Among the projects selected for the episode are Casa JG, authored by MPG Arquitetura, located in Serra Fluminense; Cainã Refuge, an innovative project by Bruno Zaitter, exploring concepts of sustainability and architectural minimalism in the inner city of Balsa Nova (PR); the Laje Slanted House and its incredible views, a project by TETRO Arquitetos in Minas Gerais Nova Lima; the amazing Casa Onda (RJ) of Mareines Arquitetura; in addition to touching GGL House, this year's World Architecture Festival (WAF) finalist in the "Home" category.
