There are a LOT of ways to scale your business... and some are actually easier than others! Or, I guess I should say they at least take less active work on your part. That's what I'm talking about today Licensing. I'll explain some different ways to license your work, different ways to get paid for it and some factors to think about when negotiating your payout. I also share an example of a deal that I took and one that I turned down, and why.
