THE #OIL | At the foot of the Sierra de Gratal, in #Bolea (#Huesca), some neighbors still preserve their centuriesold #olive trees. From them they obtain the fruit with which to traditionally make the #oil for their own consumption. In 1995 we collected the entire process of harvesting the #olives and their milling in the traditional mill of the Urroz family. #Documentary film
