It's always great to know people of different age groups are watching my video. In this episode, we have one who's gonna retire soon. She wonders should she sell all of her properties at one go. If yes, when does she do that?

Instead of letting the market dictate that question, I suggested to set a budget for the life she wants after retirement. Then sell the properties in accordance to finance that plan.
