This recipe combines juicy meatballs, a rich tomato sauce, and a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients, all brought together in a delicious sandwich. Ingredients:

250g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
50g grated Parmesan cheese
Fried tomato sauce
RaselHanout
Pickles
Mayonnaise
Tartufatta
Basilinfused olive oil
Feta cheese
Lettuce
Sprouts
Green plantain tostones
Bread

Preparation:

Place the ground meat in a bowl.
Cut the onion in half. Slice one half into julienne strips and set aside. Finely chop the other half (brunoise) and add to the bowl with the meat.
Finely chop the garlic (brunoise) and add to the bowl.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Heat a pan or pot over medium heat. Form the meat mixture into balls of the desired size and brown them in the pan with a bit of oil.
Once the meatballs are browned on both sides, add the tomato sauce, a splash of water, and a pinch of RaselHanout. Cover and let cook for five minutes.
Slice the pickles and set aside.
Mix the mayonnaise with the tartufatta.

Presentation:

Open the bread and spread a bit of tomato sauce on the base.
Place the meatballs on top.
Drizzle the meatballs with a spoonful of basilinfused olive oil.
Alternate slices of pickles and lettuce.
Add the julienne onions on top.
Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the onions.
Add small dollops of tartufatta mayonnaise on top.
Drizzle with more basilinfused olive oil.
Decorate with some fresh sprouts.
Serve on a plate with a base of green plantain tostones.
