The recommendations for the treatment of asthma have changed dramatically in the past few years. This fastpaced video presentation will look at what medication options are available and review the latest GINA and US (EPR4) asthma guidelines. Brian will recommendations for "SMART therapy" (ie: Single Maintenance And Reliever Therapy). He talk about how the overuse of albuterol is the single most consistent factor associated with asthma admissions and death.
