This Astral Projection Meditation | Yoga Nidra with Binaural Beats is designed to help you explore, connect to and sense your vibrational body. This is often the first step in having an outof body experience (OBE). Using yoga nidra to allow the body to deeply relax while keeping the mind awake, you can connect to that part of you that’s able to experience beyond the limits of the physical body. This is one astral travel meditation technique which can lead to having an out of body experience (OBE). For me, this has been the foundational step in astral projection.

This OBE guided meditation is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.
