French band founded in 1985 in Courbevoie by Thierry Sobezyk (bass, vocals) and Philippe Planchon (guitar, vocals), later joined by Pascale Macé (keyboards), Asylum Party was part of the socalled Touching Pop movement together with Mary Goes Round and Little Nemo. They disbanded in 1990.
