A Lift Academy Diamond DA40 registration N947L, performing flight LTA947 from Indianapolis International Airport (KIND/IND) was cleared to lineup at runway 14 and wait. Several minutes later Tower controller cleared to land two airplanes (both same Flight Academy flights LTA179 and LTA368) to land on same runway. When LTA179 was about to cross the threshold at about 800 feet (airport elevation is 797 feet) LTA947 informed the Tower controller that they were still on the runway.
