Atmospheric correction is a very important preprocessing step for hyperspectral image analysis. There are so many modules available for doing this process but FLAASH is so famous which is present in ENVI software. This FLAASH follows the MODTRAN algorithm. Finally, it gives the converted reflectance data from radiance data. To get the actual corrected product you should care about the provided input parameters otherwise it will make a problem.
