Clover and Mandy compete for the title of Miss Beverly Hills. Clover seeks the best fullbody makeover spa in the area, only to discover that Mandy has also booked the same treatment. Meanwhile, Diminutive Smalls, a tiny WOOHP prisoner, has escaped and tries to sabotage Clover's makeover bed with a special microchip; however, he plants it in Mandy's machine. The spies are called to investigate the disappearances of contestants.
