View with captions, please! (Not the automatic ones, mind you)

The much requested tutorial. This is my 4th attempt! ...I'm awful at recording, yo.
Disclaimer: I'm also awful at regular makeup. I'm serious. Proceed with caution.

This is my basic process for doing Heichou's makeup. I'm still experimenting myself, so take everything with a grain of salt and adjust as necessary for your own face! Sorry about the audio being low and grainy, my usual mic didn't want to cooperate.

Materials List:
*Hard Candy Sheer Envy primer
*Washable glue stick (just make sure it's washable. Color makes timing easier, too)
*SunBlock UV Pressed Powder (use any setting powder, I prefer tinted)
*Clinique ??? concealer (I also use Physician's Formula)
*ELF #5096 eye shadow palette (I swear it was like... $4. For conventions I use MAC for staying power) (This is almost the same one: http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/ey... Just choose the "Natural #85040" option)
*Heroine Make liquid eyeliner brush pen (Bought in Japan)
*Maybelline Liquid Liner (I don't usually use this)
*Face It CC Cream (Used as foundation. Bought in Korea)
*Assorted brushes (bought a $15 cheap set to mess with aha~)

Though seriously, you can sub in almost any brand; everything but the ELF palette was just what I had lying around. Figure out what works best for you and roll with it.
