This is a 2019 Audi Q7 but should be the same for other years also. This is how to remove the front caliper to do the front brakes. There is a special bolt that Audi does not want you to remove. So just take off the whole mounting bracket that has 21mm headed bolts. The torque spec for the 21mm headed bolts is 196 Nm.
