How to enter hidden red menu in Audi #RMC multimedia system installed in Audi Q3 (8U). There's a button combination which you can use to access engineering menu on the Audi MMI display. This screen will give you option to update the software from SD, CD, or USB, show you inside diagnostic information about the system, current firmware, hardware parameters, and more.

ℹ Turn the ignition on, wait for the #Audi RMC system to boot up, press and hold buttons CAR and RETURN for 3 seconds (starting with the CAR button). Check the display and release the button when #engineering mode appears. Use control panel to browse the menu. To exit the menu repeat the CAR + RETURN button combination.
