Failed musician David Otto has referred to himself as "Australia's greatest upandcoming songwriter".
But after the extent of his scams and the number of victims were revealed in a District Court Judge's scathing comments during a failed defamation case Otto launched against Nine Network and A Current Affair, he and his girlfriend Kittie Lee have taken their scamming ways to Hollywood.
