The Australian A.C.IV was one of the first premiums I ever bought for War Thunder, and it still holds up really well. It has solid armor and mobility in addition to a very hardhitting cannon, plus it's a lot smaller than a Panther. I'm pretty surprised that Gaijin hasn't uptiered it yet, but I don't think it's overpowered. Its only downside is that it's in the British tree :)
