Turkish delight
650 ml water (22 fl.oz) (200 ml (7 fl.oz) can be replaced with berry or fruit juice / puree)
200 g (7 oz) sugar
120 g (4.2 oz) corn starch
30 g (1.2 oz) hibiscus
50 ml (1.7fl.oz) lemon juice
100 g (3.5 oz) toasted walnuts

For powder:
50 g (1.8 oz) corn starch
30 g (1 oz) icing sugar

Prepare Turkish Delight.
1. Combine 400 ml (14 fl.oz) of water and hibiscus, bring to a boil. Strain.
Add sugar and lemon juice to the mixture.
2. Mix the remaining 1/3 of the water and the starch and stir until smooth. While stirring, pour the starch into the hot liquid.
3. Put on fire, bring to a boil with constant stirring.
Reduce heat, heat the mass for 810 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula.
4. Remove from heat, add walnuts, stir.
5. Place in a square dish and leave at room temperature for 12 hours.
6. Remove the mold, rub with a mixture of starch and powdered sugar.
7. Cut into 2cm by 2cm cubes and roll in the starch / powdered sugar mixture.
