I go into detail about my life circumstances leading up to my diagnosis, my mental health struggles, the long 2 year process of discovering I was autistic and getting diagnosed, and my life post diagnosis. Also BIG emphasis on the fact that the mental health field needs to do better for autistics both with identifying us and taking our concerns seriously and also providing resources for autistic adults because currently there is none.
