I was sick and tired of using this crappy foam sanding block the velcro was getting clogged with crap and leaving micro scratches in my projects! I used the molding toolpath in vcarve to create some STUNNING solid wood heirloom sanding blocks!

Micro scratches, and possibly swirl marks, will show up on your project and you may not even know it. When using the random orbital sander, grit and course dust that is left on the sanding pad, will cause swirl marks, or pig tails, and debris trapped behind your hand sanding disc, is no different!
