In this video, I’m sharing the top reasons why Honolulu might not be the right fit for you, especially if you're not prepared for the high cost of living, limited job opportunities, and the remote location of the islands.

Honolulu is one of the most beautiful places in the world, but it’s not all sunshine and beaches. The cost of everyday essentials can shock newcomers, and the traffic congestion on the island can be frustrating. On top of that, if you’re in a field outside of tourism or the military, you may find career opportunities more limited than you expect. Plus, living in the middle of the Pacific Ocean can make travel to the mainland a costly and timeconsuming endeavor.

I'll also cover some other challenges like Hawaii’s high income taxes, healthcare limitations, and even the island’s unique weather, which might not be as perfect as you’d think. But don’t worry, I’m not here to scare you off—I’ve lived here for 20 years and love it! But, I want to make sure you know exactly what you're getting into before making the move.
