Recipe:
The size of the tea cup I use: 120 ml.
Banks that I use: 1 l.
Number of jars I used: 2 pcs.
Ingredients:
Pepper hot or sweet 1 kg.
Head of garlic 1 pc.
Apple cider vinegar or grape vinegar 4.5% 2 Turkish tea cups (1 tea cup per jar)
Rock salt 2 tablespoons (1 tablespoon per jar)
