How to make a cute little appetizer of mini cheese balls shaped like baby chicks for Easter or Spring.

Ingredients:
16 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped Small
2 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Separated
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Ground Thyme
Orange Bell Pepper
Seeds or Peppercorns

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onions, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper ,red pepper flakes, oregano, parsley, thyme, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Stir together until well combined.
2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and place into a square of plastic wrap. Roll or press cheese into a ball. Unwrap and roll cheese ball onto the remaining shredded cheddar cheese covering it completely. Repeat process with the rest of the cheese mixture.
3. Cut little triangles out of the bell pepper, making feet and beaks. Gently press the two feet and beak onto each cheese ball. Press seeds or peppercorns onto the cheese balls to make eyes. Chill the baby chick cheese balls in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
