Core Balance Training is a POSTURE and MOVEMENT retraining program. It teaches you how to bring your own body back into alignment through a system of CORE connection based on natural human development (the way we learned core connection as developing infants and babies, organically).

We use a system of three 'anchors' to align your spine for optimal joint function, which minimizes wear & tear/friction on your spine and discs. These are the forces causing damage and degeneration, leading to things like herniated discs, stenosis and degenerative disc disease.

By reversing the ROOT CAUSE of these conditions, you allow your spine to heal and restore damaged discs as much as possible. The lumbar discs may not get back to the way they were when they were new... But by removing the CAUSE of the damage, the lower back pain often goes away with it.

Greatly reducing or eliminating your pain is what allows you to get back to a life you can enjoy, and that is the ultimate goal. The reality is many people can return to living a completely normal and active life, even WITH some leftover damage in their spine, and that's because the pain is gone.

Of course, the responsibility of reversing the root causes of spinal damage is completely in your hands. The work must be done by you, and cannot be done by anyone else on the planet. That's because you're the only one that uses your body. So you much change your relationship with your body, your core, and the way you move.
