Ingredients:
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 200g / 7oz)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 225g / 8oz)
4 cups cubed bread (stale or toasted) (about 240g / 8.5oz)
1 onion diced
1 ½ cups Evaporated milk (360ml / 12oz)
1 cup heavy cream (240ml / 8oz) or Milk
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme) (about 3g / 0.1oz)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (about 4g / 0.14oz)
1 teaspoon Mustard (optional)
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for greasing) (about 28g / 1oz)
Note: I added a little mozzarella

oven to 380°F (180°C) 20 mins
Air fryer 340°F (170°C) 14 mins
