1 Box rotini pasta, cooked and washed in cold water
Optional chicken stock to boil pasta in
1 Celery stalk, diced
3/4 Red bell pepper, diced
1 Shallot, diced
1 Bunch of green onion, diced
3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 Pack of bacon, cooked and diced
1 tbsp White sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3/4 to 1 cup Mayo
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste
