Stuck in traffic due to time of day combined with road works. I first noticed this Discovery Driver appeared distracted as we approached Calne, in Wiltshire. It them became clear that it was her smart phone that was distracting this driver! Note she appeared to have her children in the car and at one point we pass a school, that still had children around and passed through roadworks with the workers near the road!
