Baked pasta bolognese. I invite you to try this BAKED PASTA with a BOLOGNESE SAUCE and gratin BECHAMEL, which gives it a LASAGNE flavor but in addition to the fact that it takes less preparation time, it is a more ECONOMIC dish and just as delicious. Come with me to see the RECIPE

⏩Ingredients (6 People):
For the Meat:
500 gr of Ground Meat.
1 onion.
1 Carrot.
1 Celery Sprig.
2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic.
500 g of ground meat (beef, pork or a combination).
3/4 tsp salt/seasoning or just salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
1 1/2 to 2 tsp Italian spices (1/2 tsp each: parsley, oregano, basil and dried thyme).
100 ml or 1/2 Cup of Red Wine.
50 ml of Milk.
2 to 4 tsp of tomato paste (optional).
300 gr of tomato puree or Passatta.
200 ml of Broth (Vegetables, Chicken or Beef).
1 bay leaf.
For the Bechamel.
45 grams Butter.
45 gr of allpurpose flour.
500 to 600 ml of milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 tsp nutmeg.
1 tsp Mustard.
20 to 30 g of Parmesan Cheese or cheese to melt.
For the Pasta:
300 gr of Bow, Tie or Macaroni Pasta.
40 to 50 g of parmesan cheese or to melt.
100 to 150 g of Cheese to melt (Mozarella, Dutch, Manchego, etc.).

⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. Use the Pasta that you like the most, such as codtos, shells or monkeys, which is what I used.
2. You can double the bechamel sauce to put another layer in the middle and on the surface.
3. If you use bacon, add it to the pot without oil and wait for it to release the fat. When it starts to brown, add the onion and vegetables.
