Recipe for: Baked Pork Leg with Oven Potatoes. Delicious and Easy Meal!

Required products:

1.3 kg. boneless pork leg
1 kg. potatoes, roughly chopped
1 onion, coarsely chopped
2 carrots, coarsely chopped
6 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
Savory
100 ml. white wine
100 ml. water
50 g of cow butter
Oil

Method of preparation:

With a small knife, make slits in the pork and place a clove of garlic in each slit.
Place the potatoes in a pan.
Add the chopped onion and carrots.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and savory.
Add oil and rub all the spices well.
Pour the white wine and water into the pan.
Spread the butter evenly over the top.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 3 hours.
Then remove the aluminum foil and return the pan to the oven for a few more minutes to toast.
The dish is ready! Enjoy the tender meat and aromatic potatoes.
