In 2008, twentyyearold Jonny Benjamin stood on Waterloo Bridge in London ready to jump. A stranger saw his distress and stopped to talk with him – a decision that saved Jonny's life.

His story went viral, following a Channel 4 documentary which searched for the man who saved Jonny's life, and now his new book delves deeper into his younger years, to his diagnosis of Schizoaffective disorder and beyond into the uncertainty of daily life.
