Baltimore kingpin Rudy Williams sat down for his firstever VladTV interview, and he started out speaking about growing up in a stable household with both parents as one of eight children. Things started to change for Rudy when he was around 13 and got sent to a juvenile facility for truancy. From there, Rudy spoke about his progression into becoming a serious criminal and going on the run at one point, and he also detailed growing his enterprise further after he was released from prison.
