Nigeria is home to some of Africa's wealthiest AND poorest. Before the COVID19 pandemic, the World Bank predicted 100 million people in the country would be living under the poverty line by 2022. Successive global economic setbacks have also hampered Nigeria's economic growth. While some of teh super riches enjoy their wealth on artificial luxus islands like Banana Island, people in irregular settlements across the city hustle everday for a living. We're in Lagos  floaing slum Makoko to find out how the rich and poor coexist, and how growing income inequality is tearing Nigeria's social fabric apart.
